This notice explains how Nerthus Consulting receives and uses information associated with this website. It does not describe information handling under a separate client agreement, nondisclosure agreement, or approved project workspace.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact Nerthus by email or use a website-generated email form, Nerthus may receive your name, organization, role, work email, the non-confidential information you provide, and related correspondence.
Technical information
The website host may process standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, requested pages, and timestamps, to operate, secure, and diagnose the website. Nerthus does not intentionally use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising cookies at launch.

Do not submit PHI, FTI, CUI, payment-card data, student records, credentials, security evidence, or other confidential information through this website or ordinary email. Contact Nerthus first to establish an approved exchange method.

You may ask a privacy question or request that Nerthus review website inquiry information associated with you by emailing Solutions@nerthusconsulting.com. Nerthus may need to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted.
